Returns & Exchanges

At KeepCup®, we want you to love your reusable cup, but if you change your mind, we offer returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or washed.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your KeepCup is unused, unwashed, and still in its original retail packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
